NEPA Restaurant Tip--Gotta Learn Heynabonics

I was originally planning on writing about chicken stock today and may do so later, but given that my proletarian roots were mentioned by a commenter here yesterday, I figured I'd give you a sense of just how deep they run.  With the holidays approaching, I would imagine many of you are planning a visit . . . perhaps for New Years Eve . . . to Northeastern Pennsylvania ("NEPA"), because that's where the cool kids party.  Don't believe me?  Well, I have a couple two tree words for you: Da Office Convention!  Yeah, you missed it.  (So did I.)  And yeah, they misspell it on the Web site, probably out of fear that y'all haven't studied your heynabonics and you wouldn't be able to Google it if they spelled it right.  But I want you to get the most out of your next trip to NEPA.  Lucky for you, my back-home friend Jen gave me a heads up on this instructional video.  And lucky for my blog theme, it's a lesson mainly focused on food and NEPA restaurant etiquette.  So pay attention class . . . and let me know if you want some private tutoring . . . I give discounts if you buy in bulk.
