Happy Thanksgiving, folks. I'm off to celebrate the holiday with family. My Internet access may be limited while I'm traveling . . . so I may not have a chance to blog again before I return to DC Sunday night or Monday morning . . . but, then again, maybe I will. Can foodrockzman carve a turkey? Yes he can! The turkey he carved yesterday had nothing left on the carcass but bones and bits of skin. This longtime turkey cooker has never seen a carving job to compare. And his mashed potatoes kicked ass too. We are eagerly awaiting his blog on the official Thanksgiving meal.
